No, to keep our hire price low, we do not staff the trailer. We have a contractual liability hand over protocol, whereby someone is nominated to take on legal responsibility for the use and damage of the trailer whilst it is out on hire. The trailer itself and the machines are all straightforward to play but instructions are provided.

We arrive 1 hour before the hire begins to set up the trailer and make sure all machines are up and running. We then need to hand over to your nominated responsible person to brief and sign our documents.

We then arrive at an agreed time to collect the trailer, 10pm latest unless you have arranged a bespoke event hire.

Yes, we require a damage deposit of £500, this is to be paid when we take the final balance no later than 14 days prior to the event. This is then released after a full inspection of the trailer has been carried out and no damage has been identified.

We will reserve a date for 24hrs until a deposit of £200 is paid. The final balance and damage deposit are due no later than 14days prior to the event.
